Welcome.

Here is where I will share my personal challenge of creating. For years I have been struggling with calling myself an artist even tho deep down inside I know it is part of my purpose. I don't know when the pieces will fall together, or how, but I do know that I just need to keep creating. 

I am interested in many art forms and am currently working on unlocking my painting style. Since the fall I have been playing around with color and shapes and am starting to see similarities between my pieces. A good way to describe my work is, 'a mix of hippie tie dye and aboriginal art'. I paint intuitively, nothing is pre-planned, and I let my pieces flow from my brush at their own pace. 

This space will be a good record keeper of my progress along with sharing my creations with the world. I hope to one day be selling my art thru various means, none of which i currently know anything about, BUT, it's all a learning process and I am determined to at least try and see where this can go.

JOY has been my word for 2014, and I am looking forward to sharing my pieces with you because they truly are an extension of the joy that i feel within.
